Hi, I’m Tayvontez — but most people call me Tez. I’m a real estate agent, content creator, and photographer based in the Twin Cities North Metro of Minnesota. I’m passionate about helping people navigate real estate in a way that feels real, clear, and pressure-free.I work primarily with first-time buyers, young professionals, couples, and growing families looking to make smart moves throughout communities like Champlin, Maple Grove, Rogers, Andover, Blaine, and surrounding areas. My approach is centered around education, transparency, communication, and helping people feel confident through every step of the process.Outside of real estate, I’m also the owner of TL Vizuals, where I create media and marketing content for brands, businesses, and real estate professionals. Content creation has become a huge part of my brand because I genuinely enjoy connecting with people, documenting the journey, and creating informative and entertaining content around lifestyle, business, and real estate.Whether I’m helping someone buy their first home, touring new construction, creating content, or building relationships in the community, my goal is always the same: bring value, stay authentic, and create an experience people actually enjoy being a part of.
